the location was right on the beachfront. the grounds were well maintained, i noticed staff was respectful and responsive. the animation team organized fun activities.
the food and alcohol weren't consistent. i wouldn't stay here for more than a few days because of this. the beach had excellent space, though it was a bit wavy, so be careful.

the resort grounds are beautiful. i saw many birds and other wildlife. the beach was great! i booked excursions with the seapro team and it was easy.
it was hard to get reservations at the restaurants.

the hotel features a nature-like setting. this provides a relaxing backdrop for the entire stay. the beach is easily accessible, and it's very clean.

the staff was very friendly and polite. many people were excellent and ready to help with any request. cleanliness was maintained around the entire resort, and the rooms were taken care of daily.

the hotel offers three wonderful pools . the beach is well maintained and offers many chairs, but there is limited shade. plenty of activities are available to join in throughout the day too.

the buffet offers plenty of food options. i especially enjoyed dining in the outdoor room of the buffet restaurant. the buffet features a different theme every day, and several restaurants offer many choices.

The private check-in was disappointing. The staff member seemed more interested in their phone. Our room keys didn't work initially, so we had to return to the lobby. the 'app' had incorrect information, so we struggled to make restaurant reservations (it was frustrating).

The grounds are very beautiful and well maintained!!! I saw animals like ducks and turtles. It felt very natural. The staff were polite and resourceful. They helped me a lot. The food was great. I especially liked Daniel at Tao. He reviewed the menu and remembered my name.
